Lead Product Manager (AI)

hirify.global is building an AI platform that helps real estate companies make better investment and construction decisions.

What you will do

• Define product strategy, identify high-value problems, prioritize investments, and recommend what not to pursue.
• Coach product managers on discovery, problem framing, assumption testing, and launch readiness.
• Own the quarterly product planning cadence and coordinate dependencies across product, engineering, design, and product marketing.
• Participate in customer discovery, support sales opportunities, and bring market insight into product decisions.
• Own a product area, work closely with a small engineering team, and ship regular customer-focused improvements.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Lead, Principal, or Staff Product Manager, or equivalent operating experience.
• Experience with SaaS or complex, relationship-driven B2B products.
• Strong influence and coaching skills, with the ability to challenge experienced product managers while preserving their ownership.
• Active use of AI in product work, including identifying valuable use cases and shipping reliable AI features in production.
• Fluent German and English required.
