Digital Strategy & Customer Success Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Shape and continuously evolve the Procurement digital and AI strategy, translating business priorities, procurement challenges, technology trends, and customer needs into strategic priorities and roadmaps.
• Identify opportunities for digital transformation, AI, and new ways of working to simplify procurement processes, improve decisions, and create measurable business value.
• Drive strategic initiatives from concept to execution by developing recommendations, business cases, decision papers, and pragmatic initiatives.
• Drive Customer Success for strategic digital initiatives and products by understanding internal customer outcomes, challenges, adoption, and emerging needs.
• Use customer insights, adoption data, business outcomes, and market developments to improve the digital portfolio and strategic direction.
• Collaborate with Procurement, DTO, Transformation & Customer Success, Product Management, and Rollout teams to ensure alignment through adoption and value realization.

Requirements

• Extensive relevant experience in strategic and/or operational Procurement, with a strong understanding of procurement processes, business priorities, user needs, and the practical realities of a global Procurement organization.
• Experience in digital strategy, business transformation, strategy consulting, product management, Customer Success, or comparable strategic initiatives, ideally connecting strategy development with practical implementation.
• Strong ability to bridge strategy and execution by translating complex strategic objectives, business requirements, and digital opportunities into pragmatic roadmaps, initiatives, and measurable outcomes.
• Understanding of digital products, AI-enabled transformation, and Customer Success, including customer needs, adoption, feedback, and value realization.
• Strong analytical and business capabilities, including structuring complex topics, developing business cases, management recommendations, KPIs, and executive decision support.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in German and English, with the ability to connect Procurement, leadership, digital, and technology stakeholders across organizational levels.
