Associate Product Manager (Salesforce)

Location: Berlin, Germany. The role is a 6–7-month maternity cover; the position offers a flexible work environment, while working from anywhere in the world is available for up to 60 days per year.

What you will do

• Build trusted relationships, manage stakeholders, and act as the voice of the business for development teams.
• Manage product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and internal customer requirements.
• Document business processes, scenarios, pain points, and requirements; facilitate process development and optimization.
• Analyze and propose solutions to improve business performance and translate requirements into actionable instructions for technical teams.
• Manage agile delivery activities, including sprint and release planning, user acceptance testing, and related ceremonies.
• Lead change management through training materials, communication plans, launch schedules, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, and/or Business Analysis in SaaS implementations.
• Ability to translate effectively between business and technical stakeholders.
• Intermediate knowledge of standard Salesforce features.
• Proven success managing complex projects across multiple functional groups.
• Experience using Agile methodologies such as Scrum.
• Ability to drive decisions, positively influence team members, and work in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to pivot and reprioritize across multiple projects.
• Experience leading design workshops, proposing solutions, and building corresponding artifacts.

Nice to have
