TL;DR
Mid-Level Instructional Designer (AI) (Enterprise Software/PLM): Designing scalable, AI-integrated learning experiences and enablement programs for complex enterprise software with an accent on instructional frameworks, adaptive learning, and technical content simplification. Focus on building AI-powered microlearning, LMS course architecture, certification pathways, and change-management training for diverse enterprise audiences.
Location: Remote, available to candidates located in Poland; department location: Kraków, Małopolskie.

What you will do
- Design scalable, adaptive, and modular learning experiences using SAM, Agile frameworks, and Bloom’s Taxonomy.
- Build training and enablement programs for PLM, ERP, manufacturing, and SaaS solutions.
- Integrate AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, and Microsoft Copilot into learning experiences.
- Develop AI-powered microlearning, tutorials, prompt libraries, onboarding programs, and upskilling pathways.
- Translate complex technical concepts for engineers, QA professionals, executives, and other audiences.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Enablement teams on needs analysis, stakeholder interviews, product adoption, and change management.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in instructional design, L&D, or enterprise enablement.
- Experience developing digital learning for enterprise software audiences and supporting software implementation or digital transformation.
- Experience designing or integrating AI tools, prompt libraries, or AI agents into learning design.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and SAM instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Proficiency with Articulate 360, Camtasia, Synthesia, or similar tools, plus familiarity with LMS platforms, xAPI, SCORM, and learning analytics.
- Must be located in Poland. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills are required.
Nice to have
- Experience with PLM, ERP, manufacturing systems, or Thought Industries LMS.
- Experience with Gagné’s taxonomy.
- Experience building certification programs, learning paths, onboarding pathways, or product training for SaaS solutions.
