AI/ML Software Engineer (Agentic AI)

What you will do

• Build and deploy autonomous and semi-autonomous agent-based AI systems that can reason, plan, use tools, and collaborate.
• Design and implement scalable, reliable AI/ML systems for evolving workloads.
• Support model-performance benchmarking across deployment environments.
• Run experiments such as A/B tests and workflow refinements to improve agent performance.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, compliance, observability, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, product partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field. A master’s degree and/or PhD is preferred.
• 3–5 years of AI/ML experience with a proven record of deploying production solutions.
• Proficiency in Python or similar languages, experience with libraries such as TensorFlow and Scikit-learn, and essential experience with RAG.
• Strong knowledge of statistics, machine learning algorithms, deep learning, neural networks, and system architecture.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and data processing technologies.
• Ability to lead technical projects and work effectively in matrix environments.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members and business partners.
• Familiarity with software engineering best practices, including Git, CI/CD pipelines, agile methodologies, and system design patterns.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise AI/ML platforms or managed AI services.
• Exposure to model evaluation, monitoring, or production performance tuning.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and modern deployment workflows.
