Salary: $162,000 — $186,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop novel ML systems and product integrations to solve real-world customer service problems.
• Build and enhance Chat and Voice AI assistants using Agentic AI technologies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design teams to design efficient AI solutions.
• Implement and optimize SOTA Agentic architectures using SFT, RLHF, and RAG.
• Ship production-grade ML/AI systems at scale, ensuring robust model serving and MLOps practices.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
• Hands-on expertise in LLM pretraining, fine-tuning (SFT, RLHF), and RAG architectures.
• Experience building Agentic AI systems, including multi-agent orchestration and autonomous reasoning pipelines.
• Proven track record of shipping production-grade ML/AI systems at scale.
• Must reside in a US state where hirify.global, Inc. has a registered entity.
