What you will do

• Lead and refine structural analysis, design, and detailing tasks while solving project challenges with sound engineering judgment.
• Organize technical information, review junior staff work, and tailor deliverables to project scope and contractor needs.
• Coordinate with architects and engineers and take responsibility for day-to-day technical decisions.
• Mentor junior team members through delegation and feedback.
• Assist with project management activities, contribute to proposals, and participate in client-facing opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• 4+ years of structural engineering experience.
• Proficiency with SAP2000, ETABS, RAM, StructurePoint Software, and Revit.
• Experience designing steel, concrete, and timber systems.
• Ability to solve complex problems, balance priorities, and adapt designs effectively.
• Strong communication and emerging leadership skills, with a commitment to mentoring junior staff and building professional presence.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer (PE) and/or Structural Engineer (SE) licensure.
• Master’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
