What you will do

• Develop complex structural design concepts and perform structural analyses for industrial and high-complexity facilities.
• Oversee production of construction drawing packages for steel and concrete.
• Lead structural contributions across the full design lifecycle, including construction administration and post-construction client engagement.
• Use structural analysis software (e.g., Staad) to ensure design integrity; review submittals and respond to RFIs.
• Conduct site visits to verify structural outcomes align with design intent.
• Coordinate with architectural and MEP teams, manage consultant relationships, and lead client presentations and project meetings.

Requirements

• PE and/or SE license is required.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in structural design.
• Hands-on experience with structural analysis software (e.g., Staad) and proficiency in steel/concrete design.
• Experience preparing construction documents and coordinating deliverables across all project phases.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including comfort presenting to clients and coordinating large project teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with BIM/Revit and Navisworks for 3D coordination.
• Portfolio of innovative or high-complexity structural projects.
