BIM Coordinator (Construction)

What you will do

• Coordinate building information models across a confidential major UK development programme covering infrastructure, vertical development, and complex design and construction interfaces.
• Review BIM Execution Plans, appendices, Task Information Delivery Plans, and related project documentation.
• Configure Autodesk Navisworks, federate models, perform hard and soft clash detection, and produce client-facing reports.
• Manage issues in Autodesk Forma and ensure uploaded files comply with naming and description requirements.
• Deliver clash detection and issue management training, support geometric assurance and change control, and identify delivery risks.
• Collaborate with the Data Management Lead, BIM Coordinators, Client Representative, PMO, Interface Managers, delivery teams, Document Control, and Technical Services.

Requirements

• Relevant degree in a built environment or digital discipline, or significant relevant experience supported by vocational qualifications.
• Experience coordinating BIM on large construction programmes or projects involving buildings and infrastructure or civils.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Autodesk Navisworks; experience with Autodesk Forma is advantageous.
• Experience running regular BIM coordination meetings and working through RIBA 3–5 design stage reviews.
• Strong experience in a UK design and build environment, including knowledge of construction methods and buildability considerations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and independent working skills.
