Salary: $75,000–$85,000 annually

What you will do

• Perform structural analysis, design, and detailing for buildings using varied materials and building codes.
• Contribute to small to mid-sized projects, including high-rise, cultural, stadium, and healthcare buildings.
• Create construction documents in a BIM environment.
• Apply core engineering principles to develop high-quality structural solutions and check design work carefully.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams and communicate with teammates and project partners.
• Develop technical, creative, communication, and early-career leadership skills with guidance from experienced engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Genuine eagerness to learn, ask questions, and grow through feedback.
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to apply fundamental engineering concepts and check work carefully.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Familiarity with SAP2000, ETABS, RAM, StructurePoint Software, and Revit.
