What you will do

• Provide technical support for Entra ID, Zoom, and Intune, ensuring reliable functionality and user satisfaction.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain software and hardware solutions.
• Use PowerShell or other relevant programming languages to automate routine tasks and resolve issues efficiently.
• Troubleshoot software issues and complex software configurations.
• Collaborate with system administrators and IT staff to implement technologies and improve existing systems.
• Document technical issues and solutions, conduct system audits and upgrades, and guide users in using IT resources securely.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT support or a similar role, with strong troubleshooting and user-support experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex IT concepts simply.
• Continuous learning mindset and openness to adopting new technologies and IT best practices.
