IT Support Engineer (APAC)

Location: Remote from Malaysia, Switzerland, Germany, the UK, Armenia, or France.

What you will do

• Support employees with IT requests and incidents through Slack, Zoom, and Jira.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, access changes, and identity and access management.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Windows and macOS devices, endpoints, and SaaS tools.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting tools.
• Manage the cloud accounting platform, equipment assets, cloud services, and internal tooling.
• Create documentation and instructions while working with the Operations lead on improvements and ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

• Approximately 3+ years of experience in IT operations, internal IT, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
• Basic scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, or similar tools.
• Comfort working with multiple SaaS tools and learning new systems.
• Strong communication skills and a user-focused mindset.
• Professional working proficiency in English at B2+ level. Ability to use LLM tools in daily activities.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or similar cloud services.
• Basic knowledge of Linux.
• Experience with CI tools such as GitHub, GitLab, or TeamCity.
• Experience with Terraform or infrastructure-as-code tools.
