Project Manager (Mission Critical)

What you will do

• Lead the safe execution of all project phases from concept and inception through handover and completion.
• Take overall responsibility for technical and commercial delivery, project scope, budget, timelines and commercial return targets.
• Develop and implement project execution, construction, procurement and contracting strategies.
• Coordinate design activities across engineering disciplines, subcontractors and site teams.
• Develop quality plans, maintain the Project Compliance Tracker and prepare monthly internal reports.
• Identify project and company risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide early notification of significant issues.

Requirements

• Primary Honours/Bachelor Degree (Level 8) in Engineering, Construction, Science or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification in Project Management and registration with a recognised project management professional body.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
• Good understanding of all engineering disciplines.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to produce quality work and meet project deadlines within budget.
• Excellent commercial skills, including the ability to manage projects to budget hours and commercial return targets.
• Self-driven, results-oriented approach with a positive outlook and clear focus on quality and business.
• Forward planning capability, including identifying and resolving project issues.
• Proven experience delivering multiple projects and capability to work in a project sponsor role.
