Senior Scheduler

Location: Hybrid in Cork or Dublin, Ireland

What you will do

• Build project schedules covering the full scope, milestones, timelines, and critical path.
• Define ownership for project outcomes using Work Breakdown Structure methodology and align schedules with execution, contracting, procurement, and project control plans.
• Baseline, update, integrate, and resource-load project schedules while enabling review at multiple levels of detail.
• Negotiate and mediate timelines and interdependencies between project partners.
• Analyze and report schedule progress, facilitate Interactive Planning and Pull Planning sessions, and support Risk Analysis and QRA processes.
• Develop scheduling procedures, review external schedules against best practices, and mentor the scheduling team.

Requirements

• Demonstrated quantitative risk assessment (QRA) experience on life sciences or mission critical projects.
• Detailed, organized, and quality-focused approach.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or a construction-related discipline.
• Experience working with Primavera P6 software.
