SharePoint & Power Platform Senior Developer (Microsoft Power Platform)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy SharePoint Framework solutions, including web parts, application customizers, and extensions using React and TypeScript.
• Build and configure SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, content types, page layouts, and search capabilities.
• Develop Power Apps canvas applications and Power Automate cloud flows for approvals, notifications, document processing, and integrations.
• Automate provisioning and administration with PnP PowerShell and site templates.
• Apply application lifecycle management across development, testing, and production, including packaging, source control, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs, produce documentation, conduct code reviews, and support testing, deployment, and hypercare in Agile/Scrum teams.

Requirements

• At least 11 years of professional, hands-on experience developing solutions with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong experience with SharePoint Framework using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS/SCSS, including Node.js, npm, Gulp/Heft, and Yeoman.
• Strong experience developing Power Apps canvas applications with Power Fx, delegation, component libraries, and performance tuning.
• Strong experience developing Power Automate cloud flows, including triggers, expressions, connectors, approvals, child flows, error handling, and connection references.
• Good knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, permissions, and site provisioning.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API and SharePoint REST API.
• Familiarity with Power Platform application lifecycle management, solutions, environment variables, managed and unmanaged solutions, and pipelines.
• Working knowledge of Git and continuous integration and deployment practices.
• Fluent English communication with technical and business audiences, strong problem-solving skills, and a focus on clean, maintainable code.
• Ability to work autonomously, stay organized, manage multiple workstreams, and collaborate while sharing technical knowledge.

Nice to have

• French language skills.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400).
• Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Microsoft Entra ID application registrations.
• Experience with user interface frameworks such as Fluent UI.
