Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer (CRM & Integration)

Location: Remote

What you will do

• Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 functionality, extensions, workflows, and automations.
• Translate business and technical requirements into solutions for an enterprise project management platform.
• Design, develop, optimize, monitor, and troubleshoot API-based integrations with internal enterprise systems.
• Prepare technical specifications and implementation documentation, support estimations and sprint planning, and perform testing.
• Support releases and deployments while ensuring quality standards and development best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and technical and business stakeholders in Agile processes.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including one or more of Dynamics 365 Project Operations, Customer Engagement (CE), Finance & Operations (F&O), Project Service Automation (PSA), Field Service, or Customer Service.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Proven experience in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and integration.
• Very good knowledge of C# and .NET.
• Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills for Dynamics 365 extensions.
• Experience preparing technical specifications and documentation.
• English and German at C1 level.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, work in a structured and independent manner, and solve problems analytically.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate with business and technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 with external systems.
• Experience with API-based integrations.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Experience working in the energy or utilities sector.
