Junior Power Platform Developer (Power Platform)

Location: Norwich, Norfolk, UK; hybrid work with 2–3 days onsite per week.

Salary: £35,000–£40,000 per annum.

hirify.global is supporting an established UK professional services organisation that is expanding its technology function and investing in Microsoft Power Platform, AI, and automation.

What you will do

• Develop business applications using Power Apps.
• Build and optimise workflows with Power Automate.
• Explore AI solutions using Copilot Studio and Microsoft Copilot.
• Integrate applications through APIs and SQL Server.
• Support reporting and analytics with Power BI.
• Work with stakeholders from requirements gathering through delivery and identify automation opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Power Platform development experience.
• Strong Power Apps and Power Automate experience.
• Confidence gathering requirements and engaging with stakeholders.
• Ability to take ownership of development projects.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup in Norwich with regular onsite attendance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Copilot Studio, AI, or automation.
• Knowledge of APIs, SQL Server, or Power BI.
