SharePoint Online/Power Platform Developer (Defense-Aerospace)

Location: Remote within the United States; U.S. citizenship is required. The role is associated with Canonsburg, Pennsylvania.

Salary: Up to $62/hour on a W-2 basis; non-benefited.

What you will do

• Support, maintain, configure, monitor, and optimize SharePoint applications and related enterprise components.
• Analyze defects, manage releases and migrations, and coordinate deployments across environments.
• Develop SharePoint Online solutions using native capabilities and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Lead migration initiatives replacing deprecated functionality, including legacy forms, workflows, and site features.
• Collaborate with business leaders, end users, and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into applications.
• Maintain documentation, governance, access controls, security safeguards, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, systems administration, or a related field with 8 years of related experience, or a master’s degree with 6 years of related experience; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience with SharePoint 2019, SharePoint Online, SharePoint Online architecture, Modern/Classic/Hub sites, and the differences between SPO and SharePoint 2019.
• Experience migrating InfoPath forms, Designer and 2010 workflows, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and PowerShell-based functionality.
• Proficiency with SPFx, VSCode, Node, npm, Yeoman, PowerShell, REST APIs, ShareGate, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Knowledge of governance, permissions, identity, agile development, stakeholder communication, requirements translation, and documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Copilot Studio.
• Awareness of Microsoft GCC High tenant limitations and licensing.
