Senior .NET Developer

What you will do

• Represent hirify.global engineering practices for .NET and JavaScript technologies.
• Collaborate with customer engineers and architects on architectural and technical decisions.
• Meditate between hirify.global and customer technical teams on challenging decisions.
• Review code for critical projects before customer delivery and ensure high-quality implementation.
• Refine complex project scopes, define software design approaches, and document and present designs using diagrams and presentations.
• Lead and mentor development teams, assign tasks, and monitor implementation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development and 5+ years of experience with .NET.
• Basic experience and understanding of modern frontend approaches, including Angular, React, Vue, or JavaScript.
• Experience with WPF.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, including microservices and design patterns.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Advanced level of English.
