Professional Services Engineer (TypeScript)

What you will do

• Design secure, scalable technical solutions aligned with customer needs, including headless and third-party integrations.
• Write scripts and custom code for data migration, automation, and system integration.
• Build and deploy production applications combining business logic, APIs, SDKs, webhooks, hirify.global best practices, and user-facing interfaces.
• Partner with Engagement Managers, Solutions Architects, and Customer Success Managers to scope technical requirements and estimate effort.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and engage users to understand challenges, requirements, and solutions.
• Contribute tooling, frameworks, and best practices that scale impact across accounts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with depth of technical expertise.
• 1+ years of experience in a technical delivery role, such as Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, Implementation Engineering, or Customer Software Development.
• Strong proficiency in building full-stack applications, for example with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party system integrations.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases for querying, data transformation, and migration scripts.
• Ability to debug complex issues across data, API, and application layers.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical details internally and managing multiple client deliverables simultaneously.
