Senior B2B Growth Marketer (AI)

Location: Remote, Netherlands; focused on the Benelux region

What you will do

• Build integrated B2B marketing campaigns across Benelux priority industries, from strategy and messaging through execution and measurement.
• Localize and execute programs across ABM, content, events, webinars, partner and customer marketing, executive branding, product launches, and outbound.
• Adapt global campaigns and messaging for the Benelux market and share local buyer, competitive, and regulatory insights with the global team.
• Partner with local sales and global product marketing, growth, and design teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.
• Own pipeline generation and campaign performance, using data, experimentation, and continuous optimization.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience at a high-growth technology company, including building and scaling B2B demand-generation programs that created measurable enterprise pipeline.
• Experience implementing growth and marketing projects end to end and accountability for ROI.
• Deep knowledge of the Benelux market, including enterprise buyers, media landscape, and business culture.
• Ability to work with limited process, set priorities, identify opportunities, and move quickly across multiple marketing functions.
• High standards for quality, clarity, and impact.
• Curiosity about AI, close attention to the technology ecosystem, and strong judgment about distinctive marketing.
