Scent Solutions Manager (Consumer Fragrances)

Location: Hybrid working with the role based onsite in Manila, Philippines.

What you will do

• Drive scent solutions growth by partnering with customers and distributors to deliver fragrance solutions aligned with product, consumer, and commercial needs.
• Translate customer briefs into fragrance recommendations based on application, olfactive direction, performance, and price.
• Coordinate samples, submissions, customer feedback, and internal teams from brief through order.
• Prepare fragrance presentations, demonstrations, and workshops covering trends and product benefits.
• Support customers and distributors with digital, self-service, and AI tools for fragrance selection and follow-up.
• Prepare quotations, support pricing and margin objectives, capture market insights, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Portfolio Management, fragrance specialists, and Customer Service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Fragrance, Cosmetic Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of fragrance industry and evaluation experience; fresh graduates may be considered for the trainee pathway.
• Excellent olfactive expertise; selected candidates may need to complete an olfactory smelling test.
• Customer focus, organisation, initiative, commercial awareness, digital confidence, and willingness to develop olfactive and application knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
