Focus on monitoring competitor activity, reporting field indicators, supporting inventory movement, and ensuring safe and compliant product stewardship.
Location: Manila, North Bulacan, Philippines. Frequent travel to farms, retail outlets, and dealer networks across the assigned territory is required.

What you will do
- Execute product demonstrations, retailer visits, farmer engagements, field meetings, and other territory activities.
- Implement field-based demand generation and marketing programs aligned with crop cycles and customer needs.
- Monitor competitor launches, promotions, pricing, and other market activities; collect and report field intelligence.
- Report move-out sales, crop development stages, farmer practices, market conditions, and territory challenges.
- Engage retailers, distributors, and key farmers to increase product adoption, product visibility, and sales growth.
- Support product education, inventory movement, customer records, compliance, safety, and stewardship activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science, Agricultural Technology, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in agricultural sales, agronomy, field extension, technical support, or a related role; fresh graduates with strong agricultural knowledge may be considered.
- Basic knowledge of crop protection products, crop management practices, agricultural markets, and farming communities.
- Communication, presentation, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory; availability to work Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
