Claims Handler (Insurance)

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for policyholders and liaise with customers, insurers, suppliers, and colleagues nationwide.
• Analyse insurance policies to determine claim coverage and develop efficient claims processing strategies.
• Keep policyholders informed about claim progress through clear written correspondence.
• Set up new claims, appoint contractors, and update internal systems.
• Issue payments and arrange settlements while meeting contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to team success and business growth.
