hirify.global_TECH builds B2B iGaming platforms for operators, providing integrations, consulting, and operational support for high-volume sports betting products.

What you will do

• Manage live sports betting flows, monitor customer activity, and control risk to protect margins and maximize GGR.
• Analyze live betting patterns and market trends to identify suspicious activity, fraud, and arbitrage using antifraud tools.
• Adjust odds, match limits, risk parameters, publications, booking schedules, and provider configurations in response to live events and breaking news.
• Operate third-party provider consoles such as LSport, read data feeds, modify templates, and resolve functional data errors.
• Process technical tickets and operational requests from internal teams and B2B partners within target response times.
• Support trading software improvements, resolve live issues, maintain match uptime, and guide junior traders through operational procedures.

Requirements

• At least 8 months of experience in sports trading or feed trading, or progression from a Junior Feed Trader position.
• Deep knowledge of sports trading principles, odds movement, betting markets, and risk management frameworks.
• Ability to make autonomous split-second decisions and manage risk during high-pressure, real-time live events.
• Hands-on experience with third-party provider consoles such as LSport, including match bookings and template configuration.
• Experience analyzing sports market data, identifying suspicious betting patterns, and using antifraud tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with working knowledge of Excel and data sorting techniques.
• Good written communication skills in Ukrainian and English for cross-team requests and technical tickets.

• Ability to discover new live trading opportunities and track competitor margin strategies.
• Experience training or supporting newcomer traders with operational workflows and platform consoles.
• Experience creating structured tickets for product teams to improve internal trading tools.
