Sportsbook Trader, Live - Evenings & Weekends (Sports Betting)

Location: Remote within the United States; evening, weekend, holiday, and flexible scheduling required.

Salary: $50,000–$55,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Manage live betting markets in real time across assigned sports and events.
• Adjust odds based on game state, injuries, cards, key events, market movement, and betting activity.
• Make liability-aware decisions involving price changes, market suspensions, and stake or limit considerations.
• Monitor operator competitiveness, sharp activity, arbitrage activity, exposure, and performance.
• Operate within event templates and market tiers, adjusting them when required.
• Contribute to live trading improvements and process optimization.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree in mathematics, business, or another analytical discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in trading, insurance risk assessment, or finance risk calculation is advantageous.
• Strong sports betting knowledge and a genuine interest in betting and odds.
• Excellent mathematical, analytical, problem-solving, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Availability for flexible schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and public holidays.
• Ability to multitask, make quick decisions under pressure, learn quickly, and work independently or collaboratively.
