Sportsbook Trader, Live - Evenings & Weekends (Sports Betting)

Location: Remote in Canada; flexible schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Salary: $50,000–$65,000 CAD per year

What you will do

• Manage live betting markets in real time across assigned sports and events.
• Adjust odds based on game state, injuries, cards, key events, market movement, and betting activity.
• Make liability-aware decisions on price moves, market suspensions, and stakes or limits.
• Monitor competitor pricing, sharp activity, arbitrage, exposure, and performance.
• Operate within event templates and market tiers while adjusting them when required.
• Contribute to live trading improvements and process optimization.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree in mathematics, business, or another analytical discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in trading or in assessing and calculating risk in insurance or finance.
• Strong sports betting knowledge, interest in betting and odds, and excellent mathematical skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to make fast, precise decisions under pressure and work independently or as part of a team.
• Availability for flexible schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and public holidays.
