What you will do

• Compile odds for desk-specific esports and sports markets.
• Monitor real-time sports markets, results, betting patterns, and customer activity.
• Perform pre-match and live sports trading across global markets.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity.
• Manage sportsbook and database-related escalations and update trading databases.
• Provide trading cover for other desks when required.

Requirements

• Demonstrable passion for esports.
• Experience in pre-match and live trading.
• Experience with sports trading systems and tools.
• Experience with risk management and betting patterns.
• Knowledge of industry market trends, policies, systems, and procedures.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, bank holidays, early, evening, and night hours.

Nice to have

• In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, odds calculation, betting types, and market trends.
• Experience in online gaming or casino operations and knowledge of player behaviour.
• Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience developing and executing customer retention strategies.
• Strong analytical and technical knowledge.
