Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: United States-related role context; applicants must be authorized to work in the country in which they apply.

Base compensation: $139,600–$174,500 USD per year.

What you will do

• Lead technical accounting analysis and documentation for complex and non-routine transactions, including consolidation, revenue, leases, construction and capital projects, business combinations, investments, debt, and equity financing.
• Prepare and review technical accounting memos and position papers supporting accounting conclusions.
• Support preparation and review of SEC filings, including 20-F and 6-K filings, footnotes, and disclosures.
• Use Workiva, Active Disclosure, Toppan Merrill Bridge, or similar financial reporting tools to manage SEC filings.
• Partner with Legal, FP&A, Tax, Operations, external auditors, and other stakeholders on accounting matters and technical positions.
• Monitor new accounting pronouncements, support SOX compliance, enhance internal controls, improve reporting processes, and assist with capital markets, M&A, and global expansion projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience, including experience at a Big 4 or national public accounting firm; public company experience is strongly preferred.
• Deep expertise in U.S. GAAP, including strong experience with ASC 606 and ASC 842.
• Experience applying ASC 810 consolidation guidance, including VIE assessments, identification of variable interests, and primary beneficiary analysis.
• Experience with complex M&A transactions, financing arrangements, and capital projects.
• Strong experience with SEC reporting and financial statement disclosures.
• Hands-on experience with Workiva, Active Disclosure, Toppan Merrill Bridge, or similar financial reporting tools.
• Exceptional technical writing skills, including preparation of accounting memos.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and collaborate effectively.
• Experience in AI, cloud infrastructure, data centers, or high-growth technology companies.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with large-scale infrastructure or hardware-intensive business models.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP.
• Exposure to international operations and multi-entity structures.
