Global Corporate Controller (SaaS)

Location: Boston, MA, United States; candidates must be located in EST or CST only. Hybrid work model.

Salary: USD 245,000–290,000 yearly.

What you will do

• Oversee global controllership, including financial reporting, technical accounting, revenue accounting, general ledger, accounts payable, tax, and financial systems.
• Lead global consolidated US GAAP audits, local statutory audits, and monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Research routine and non-routine accounting matters and prepare technical accounting memos.
• Build and strengthen internal controls over financial reporting using the COSO framework.
• Develop global financial systems and processes, driving automation and AI adoption to improve operational efficiency.
• Support M&A, audit committee activities, FP&A reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and the development of a high-performing global team.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Accounting or Finance and a CPA certification.
• At least 15 years of accounting experience, including experience with publicly traded and PE-backed companies with revenue above $300 million.
• Current experience as a Corporate or Global Controller in a scaled environment.
• At least five years at a major public accounting firm.
• Experience with SEC reporting, technical accounting, internal controls, scaling accounting operations, and supporting M&A.
• Experience managing a global team and working with global stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
