Sales Agent

Location: Jamaica; 100% remote from home

What you will do

• Use a customer-focused, consultative sales process to identify needs and recommend suitable products and services.
• Respond to phone calls and sales inquiries through email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of product features and business applications.
• Describe and remotely demonstrate products, matching their advantages to customer needs.
• Support customer acquisition, revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales or reservations experience, or the ability to communicate with a client base and a passion for sales.
• Professional phone etiquette and excellent written, grammatical, and spoken English.
• Strong identification, needs-assessment, and solution-selling skills.
• Ability to build confident customer relationships through open and engaging communication.
• Ability to provide email, chat, and phone support simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
• Flexible availability to work any day and any hour of the week, including weekends and public holidays.
• Internet speed of 40–50 Mbps and upload speed of 19 Mbps.
• Windows 10 or newer, 32-bit operating system, at least 8 GB RAM, and an Intel Core i5 processor or higher.
• Laptop required; Chromebooks, Linux operating systems, and desktop computers are not accepted.
• Wired headset and a quiet working environment.
