Project Change Manager

Location: Veldhoven, Netherlands. A valid working permit for the Netherlands is required. Candidates must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under United States Export Administration Regulations.

What you will do

• Lead and execute change initiatives related to Risk, Business Assurance & Security across sectors, countries, and business areas.
• Develop tailored change approaches and translate strategic goals into actionable plans for different contexts and audiences.
• Coach program leaders, project managers, and stakeholders on change adoption, alignment, and engagement.
• Coordinate change interventions and communications across global and local teams.
• Monitor adoption, identify risks, adjust strategies, and embed changes sustainably in the business.
• Build change capabilities, formulate best-practice standards, and coach peers within the change management community.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Behavioral Science, Psychology, Behavioral Economics, or a related discipline is advantageous.
• Broad experience in change management, ideally within large-scale and complex organizational development projects.
• Ability to manage change across functional areas and business domains.
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels and across diverse professional and cultural backgrounds.
• Familiarity with budgeting, change processes, and stakeholder communication in a matrixed environment.
• Strong drive, results orientation, agility, adaptability, ownership, and accountability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives concurrently with minimal supervision and communicate progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders including senior management.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, ensure accountability, manage complexity, influence stakeholders, and drive engagement.
• Valid working permit for the Netherlands and legal authorization to access controlled technology as required.

Nice to have

• Experience in business administration, project management, change management, or a related field.
• Professional change management certification.
