Chief of Staff (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany or The Hague, Netherlands; regular office presence and travel between both locations required.

What you will do

• Translate company strategy into clear priorities and execution plans with VPs and senior leaders.
• Coordinate complex cross-functional strategic projects, clarify ownership, and track delivery through completion.
• Run weekly and quarterly leadership routines, C-team and board meetings, and follow up on decisions and actions.
• Support OKR planning, milestone tracking, progress reviews, and feedback loops.
• Prepare KPI reports and quarterly performance review materials for leadership.
• Identify roadblocks and delayed decisions, bring stakeholders together, and maintain alignment and accountability.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and project management skills with experience delivering complex cross-functional work.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to secure senior leadership buy-in.
• Experience working credibly with C-team and VP-level stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating leadership processes such as strategic planning, OKRs, or performance reviews.
• Confidence working with KPIs and business data and turning information into clear actions.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English; regular office presence in Berlin or The Hague is required.

Nice to have

• Working proficiency in German or Dutch.
