Head of Marketing

Location: Basingstoke, United Kingdom; hybrid, 1–2 days per week in the office.

Salary: £80,000–£100,000 plus performance-related incentives.

What you will do

• Develop and implement a multi-year marketing strategy aligned with growth plans.
• Drive customer acquisition and improve conversion across the end-to-end funnel.
• Establish KPIs, measurement frameworks, and reporting to demonstrate marketing ROI.
• Develop scalable local marketing strategies while balancing central consistency with individual location needs.
• Lead and develop the marketing team, agency relationships, and internal capabilities.
• Work with senior leadership and operational teams to embed marketing as a driver of commercial performance.

Requirements

• Senior marketing leadership experience within a multisite, consumer-facing business.
• Strong commercial mindset with proven experience driving acquisition, conversion, and measurable growth.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to optimise investment and performance.
• Ability to influence operational stakeholders and bring teams along on the journey.
