EMEA Marketing Leader (AI)

What you will do

• Own EMEA marketing strategy and regional sales targets, driving measurable business growth.
• Lead and develop a marketing organization of approximately 20 people across performance marketing, PR, content, influencer, field marketing, and IMC.
• Plan budgets, optimize marketing ROI, and use performance data to drive sales growth.
• Execute integrated regional campaigns while testing new channels, messaging, and marketing experiments.
• Collaborate with Global Brand, GTM, PMM, IMC, and Regional Sales teams to align priorities and marketing investment.

Requirements

• 8–15 years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading multifunctional marketing teams of 15 or more people.
• Strong expertise in performance and growth marketing with measurable business results.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing metrics, attribution, and experimentation.
• Experience integrating PR, content, influencer, field marketing, and brand campaigns.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills; comfort working across multiple time zones.
