What you will do
- Own the partnership pipeline end to end, including sourcing, qualification, pitching, commercial structuring, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Identify and engage high-value partners across key markets and strategic verticals.
- Lead onboarding, launch planning, technical integration coordination, and post-signing implementation.
- Work with product and operations teams to deliver features, capabilities, and integrations required for signed partnerships.
- Manage complex partnership projects across product, marketing, technology, compliance, legal, finance, and operations.
- Build executive relationships, monitor market and competitor trends, and improve partnership processes for scalable execution.
Requirements
- Significant experience in business development, strategic partnerships, commercial strategy, or ecosystem development, preferably in crypto, fintech, payments, or technology.
- Proven ability to independently close complex partnership deals from sourcing through execution.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the broader digital-asset ecosystem.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and product collaboration processes, with the ability to translate commercial needs into technical requirements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, strategic, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional English fluency and Mandarin are required.
