US Trainer

Location: New York, New York, United States. Candidates must be authorised to work in the United States without visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

Base salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end training for hirify.global chauffeurs and deliver practical training to experienced professionals.
• Design, adapt, localise, and continuously refine global training content for US market needs while maintaining brand consistency.
• Assess chauffeur performance in real-world operational settings and intervene when service standards are not met.
• Build feedback loops between training, quality, operations, and customer support.
• Partner with colleagues in other regions to share best practices and raise global service standards.
• Protect hirify.global’s luxury positioning and ensure a consistently exceptional passenger experience as the business grows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience delivering high-quality group or classroom training to experienced professionals.
• 2+ years in a customer-facing luxury environment, such as five-star hospitality, premium or private aviation, luxury services, or retail.
• Proven ability to coach, influence, and challenge others while maintaining trust and credibility.
• A hands-on approach to training, with the ability to work directly with individuals to improve performance.
• Personal commitment to consistency, discipline, attention to detail, and high service standards.
• Authorisation to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
