Software Trainer II

Location: United States; work in the Pacific time zone. The role includes in-person and remote training with up to 8 days of travel per month.

Base pay: $64,900–$81,000 per year, plus eligible bonus.

What you will do

• Deliver high-quality software training through webinars, virtual classrooms, on-site sessions, and certification courses.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to audiences with different skill levels and needs.
• Update and adapt training materials with input from subject matter experts.
• Run virtual sessions independently across Zoom, Teams, and GoToWebinar.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to understand and address their needs.
• Own small projects such as creating training modules, conducting research, and managing sub-programs.

Requirements

• Strong public speaking, presentation, communication, and customer-success skills.
• Strong general technical skills, comfort with cloud-based tools, and the ability to learn new applications quickly.
• Ability to solve common software and technical issues and communicate effectively with varied audiences.
• Fluency in Bluebeam products and services must be developed within six months.
• Working knowledge of the AECO industry must be developed within six months.
• Willingness to learn and adopt emerging tools, including AI technologies.
