Talent Development Facilitator

Location: Hackensack, New Jersey, United States; onsite classroom-based role

Salary: USD 32–34 per hour

What you will do

• Deliver work readiness workshops and interventions that improve participants’ soft and hard skills.
• Coordinate individual instruction in an orderly and professional classroom environment.
• Improve participant job readiness scores and provide staff with a pipeline of work-ready customers.
• Introduce company and other workforce development tools in the classroom.
• Track assignments, assessments, student records, and database updates.
• Conduct follow-up outreach to disengaged participants and document efforts in program systems.

Requirements

• Related bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated customer service and public speaking experience.
• Knowledge of labor market trends and familiarity with the communities, needs, and resources being served.
• Computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work effectively with people from varied cultural, language, educational, and economic backgrounds.

• English/Spanish bilingual ability.
