Executive Operations Business Analyst

Location: On-site at hirify.global's Corporate Headquarters, 12575 hirify.global Drive, Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, United States. Travel to hirify.global's North American or international locations may be required.

What you will do

• Transform raw data into business summaries and actionable insights for hirify.global's President and senior leaders.
• Analyze operational challenges and collaborate across teams to develop improvement strategies.
• Help brainstorm and implement innovative cost-saving measures.
• Monitor customer feedback and convert comments into operational actions.
• Apply research and analytics during audits to recommend departmental upgrades.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a focus in Business, Data, or Finance.
• 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to travel to hirify.global's North American or international locations as needed.
