Senior Business Analyst - AI Enablement

Location: Oshkosh, Wisconsin, United States; other listed location: Spartanburg, South Carolina, United States. The pay range applies across all U.S. locations.

Salary: $92,600.00–$154,400.00 per year.

What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify and deliver AI-enabled solutions that optimize operations and improve business outcomes.
• Identify and prioritize AI/ML use cases through discovery sessions, assessing automation and predictive analytics opportunities and defining ROI projections.
• Translate AI team capabilities into business value, facilitate validation testing, and drive adoption with business users.
• Gather requirements across multiple stakeholders and create business requirement documents, functional and technical specifications, test scenarios, scripts, plans, and strategies.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams on test execution and user acceptance testing; maintain data models, data maps, knowledge base articles, and other artifacts.
• Analyze data, optimize business processes across enterprise platforms and applications, and support production teams when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and four or more years of experience in the field or a related area.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, data analysis, and Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of intelligent automation platforms, including UiPath or Power Automate.
• Knowledge of ITIL and business analysis practices, with familiarity with AI/ML concepts.
• Communication, listening, critical thinking, adaptability, relationship-building, organization, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational, time-management, prioritization, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing requirements and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Regular attendance is required.
