Consultor Técnico en BPM Appian

Location: Boadilla del Monte, Spain, with the role based out of Madrid.

What you will do

• Analyze, design, develop, and maintain Appian front-end features, user interfaces, BPM workflows, and business process solutions for the Risk domain.
• Create and support integrations with databases, REST APIs, API Management, and SAML2 authentication through Azure Active Directory.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, manage Docker images, and support containerized environments.
• Coordinate application deployments across multiple environments, perform validations, and provide production support, technical troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
• Lead and coordinate technical development teams and services.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a technical specialist in Appian projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Required English and Spanish.
• Strong technical expertise in the Appian platform, including UI, BPM, and integrations.
• Strong technical knowledge of databases such as Oracle and SQL Server, and SQL.
• Experience with REST API and API Management integrations.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, automation, and DevOps best practices.
• Experience with Agile project management tools, including Jira and Confluence.
• A collaborative mindset, commitment to teamwork, and results-oriented approach focused on high-quality outcomes.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Apigee and API security, including OAuth 2.0 and API keys.
• Basic knowledge of Docker and application containerization.
• Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, MuleSoft, and Provenir.
