Location: Hybrid work in Barcelona, Spain, with the ability to commute to the Barcelona or Frankfurt office a couple of times a week if needed. Up to three months of work from anywhere per year is available. Candidates currently based elsewhere may be asked about relocating to Spain or Germany.
Salary: €35,000–€40,000 annually.

What you will do
- Maintain QOS modules and ensure their availability, stability, performance, and correct operation across business processes.
- Investigate and resolve bugs, incidents, and performance issues, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable fixes.
- Develop small enhancements and iterative improvements based on operational feedback and changing requirements.
- Monitor automations, integrations, data pipelines, and AI-powered workflows to identify failures and inefficiencies.
- Maintain reliable integrations and data flows between internal systems.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and operational runbooks while collaborating with engineering and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in software engineering, automation engineering, or a similar technical role.
- Programming skills in Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python, with working knowledge of SQL.
- Hands-on experience maintaining, debugging, and improving production applications and automated workflows.
- Practical familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, and agentic workflows, including troubleshooting AI-powered solutions.
- Understanding of DevOps concepts, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.
- EU citizenship or an EU work permit is required, and hybrid office attendance in Barcelona or Frankfurt may be needed.
