Technical Application Implementation Consultant (Patch OEE)

Location: Hybrid in Sassenheim, Netherlands, with 2–3 days per week in the Sassenheim office and occasional international travel to customer sites.

What you will do

• Manage approximately 4–6 Patch OEE implementation projects simultaneously, typically lasting 8–10 weeks.
• Lead implementations from requirements gathering and configuration through testing, training, go-live, and ongoing support.
• Understand customer operational challenges and translate business requirements into practical software solutions.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues using application data, configuration, logs, and SQL where relevant.
• Deliver product demonstrations, customer training, and Train-the-Trainer sessions.
• Collaborate with development and technical teams, share customer feedback, and contribute to product, implementation, and support improvements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in software implementation, application support, or a similar technical customer-facing role, ideally within B2B SaaS.
• Strong customer communication, consulting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate requirements into software solutions.
• Confidence troubleshooting technical issues and managing multiple projects and priorities independently.
• Fluent Dutch and English.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel when required.

Nice to have

• Experience with manufacturing software, Overall Equipment Effectiveness, production environments, or Food & Beverage.
• Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, application servers, Microsoft Azure, and scripting with PowerShell or Python.
• Technical aptitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
