Property Specialist (AI/Residential Lettings)

Location: Hull, United Kingdom. The role involves recurring property inspections, inventories, check-ins, check-outs, viewings, and other in-person appointments.

hirify.global is building an AI operating system for residential lettings and operates a network of agencies managing more than 15,000 properties; this role sits with Lime Property, hirify.global's integrated agency.

What you will do

• Carry out property check-ins, check-outs, mid-term inspections, pre-leaving inspections, inventories, and schedules of condition.
• Produce inspection and compliance reports in line with deposit service requirements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, fire, and gas requirements.
• Create property marketing content, including photos, videos, and floor plans.
• Conduct and manage property viewings, collect feedback, and support miscellaneous appointments.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong understanding of UK residential lettings regulations.
• Adaptability and ability to learn quickly in a tech-driven, fast-changing environment.
• Comfort using CRMs, property portals, and online communication tools.
• Experience with digital tools for remote collaboration, including Slack, Google Meet, and Google Docs.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of experience in lettings or property sales; this experience is desired but not essential.
• Familiarity with Giraffe or other 360 cameras.
• Familiarity with inventory software.
