Property Claims Handler (Insurance)

What you will do

• Liaise with customers, insurers, suppliers, and colleagues nationwide.
• Analyse policies to determine claim coverage and develop efficient claims processing strategies.
• Keep policyholders informed about claim progress through clear correspondence.
• Set up new claims, appoint contractors, and update internal systems.
• Issue payments, arrange settlements, and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to team success and business growth.

• Strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately.
• Adaptability and professionalism when handling challenging conversations.
