Trader, Market Making (Crypto)

Location: London office with mandatory in-office presence four days per week; remote work from anywhere is permitted for up to 20 days per year.

What you will do

• Run, analyse, and improve automated liquidity and market-making strategies.
• Manage risk and develop trading strategies across DeFi, market making, and yield strategies.
• Configure and tune strategy parameters in response to changing market conditions.
• Build infrastructure and initiatives that improve the enterprise value and capabilities of the market-making desk.
• Work with trading and sales to close commercial opportunities, source new clients, and respond to client needs.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in market making, quantitative trading, electronic trading, or an institutional trading desk; crypto experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, DeFi, algorithmic trading, and crypto token generation events and listing structures.
• Hands-on coding proficiency in Python, Rust, and/or SQL.
• Experience using AI tooling.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, intense environment.
