Principal Product Manager, Real Estate (AI)

Location: Remote within Spain, Portugal or Poland

What you will do

• Lead 2–3 zero-to-one initiatives in parallel from concept and market validation through scaled delivery.
• Define product vision, strategy, execution plans, and business cases for new real estate products and features.
• Build and apply AI-powered prototypes, agent-augmented workflows, discovery methods, and experiments.
• Run lean experiments to validate product-market fit and develop new monetisation models.
• Present concepts to senior stakeholders, build cross-functional alignment, and drive progress in a matrixed organisation.
• Raise product craft standards through strong discovery, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including building and launching products from zero to one.
• AI-native approach with practical use of AI in personal and professional work.
• Strong product craft in discovery, lean experimentation, narrative building, and data-driven decisions.
• Executive presence with the ability to defend concepts and build alignment with senior directors.
• Business and financial acumen, including unit economics, P&L thinking, and ROI-informed decisions.
• Ability to drive multiple initiatives independently in fast-moving, multicultural, cross-functional environments.

• Marketplace or two-sided marketplace experience.
