About the Role

You will configure and demonstrate workforce management technology for prospective customers. You will support discovery, demonstrations, proof-of-concept engagements, RFP responses, and business justification; understand customer business and technical environments; address risks and gaps; and travel to field events as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of workforce management software pre-sales experience
• Experience presenting and demonstrating software to global organizations with more than 10,000 employees
• Communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills
• Ability to communicate at all levels of a customer organization
• Organizational, project management, and multitasking skills

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in all products
• Support Enterprise Sales across discovery, demonstrations, proof-of-concept engagements, RFP responses, and business justification
• Define and present how the platform addresses prospect business and operational issues
• Develop a deep understanding of prospect business and technical environments
• Identify risks and gaps and remove obstacles through adaptive approaches
• Travel to field events, meetings, and conferences as needed
• Participate in competitive landscape and differentiation discussions
