Account Executive (SaaS)

What you will do

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery and qualification through closing.
• Manage inbound leads, drive outbound prospecting, and develop new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision makers.
• Conduct discovery meetings, demos, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline, accurate forecasts, CRM hygiene, and opportunity management.
• Collaborate with SDRs, Marketing, and Sales Leadership while using MEDDPICC and structured sales processes to manage complex deals.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of sales experience.
• Knowledge of English and one additional Scandinavian language.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual revenue targets.

Nice to have

• Sales experience in a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's degree.
